Panel Upgrades

Panel Upgrades can occur for a few specific reasons. If a property is being sold, the meter base, breaker box, and grounds have to be up to code, which usually consists of upgrading these panels. Older properties can have 60 amp meter bases, which can/should be upgraded to an 100 amp meter base. If a property draws too much load for 100 amp, such as having an electric stove, water heater, Furnace, etc, it will need to be upgraded to a 200 amp service. Do your breakers trip often? Give us a call!

Storm Damage Repairs

Storm Damage occurs through all seasons in Kansas City. From high winds to heavy rainfall, service lines and trees become a huge problem for utility companies and customers. In many storms, trees tend to fall on the service line that provides a resident’s power and can pull the riser pipe and/or meter base off of the house. There can be entrance wire, riser wire, and meter clip damage when this occurs. We specialize in fixing these problems in a very timely fashion and can get your power back on in a jiffy!

Anything attached to the house, such as, the meter base, riser pipe/wire, entrance wire, and weathercap are all a responsiblity of the property owner to get fixed and maintain.

Breaker Panel Repairs

Repairs on Breaker Panels occur from faulty breakers, incorrect sizing of wire/breakers, lose connections in the panel, or from storm damage ripping the entrance wire out of the panel. These repairs are more probable with older style breaker panels or fuse boxes, which should be changed to a breaker protection system.
